For first-time buyers: 50% advance via wire transfer, 50% on Bill of Lading copy. For established relationships: 30% advance, 70% on documents, with optional letter of credit. We can also work with escrow services for first transactions.

Both. We default to FOB (Mombasa, Tema, or origin port) but can arrange CIF, CFR, or DDP on request. CIF and DDP shipments are quoted with full freight, insurance, and destination handling included.
